Overview

Supports the development, execution, and maintenance of B2B and B2C digital marketing activities across the organization. Collaborates internally to develop, execute, and oversee digital marketing tactics, including social media campaigns and strategy, website updates, email marketing, mobile apps, and reporting. Works under general supervision of Marketing leadership. Works under general supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Supports digital and social media content strategy, management, and campaign creation. Works with various internal stakeholders to obtain content, ensure accurate posting, and regulatory compliance on digital properties.
  • Plans and implements integrated digital campaigns that support the organization’s overall marketing efforts.
  • Monitors performance of websites and other digital properties against KPIs and utilizes optimization strategies to identify opportunities for improvement through data-driven insights.
  • Supports and manages project plans for new digital properties, including timelines, budgets, and internal and external reviews as appropriate.
  • Leads content audits of digital properties and social media platforms on a consistent basis to ensure ongoing accuracy and that business requirements are met.
  • Schedules social media content via scheduling platform Spredfast.
  • Manages the production of our e-newsletter, Caring Delivered.
  • Supports digital reputation management efforts, including member, patient, and caregiver outreach.
  • Manages and maintains digital asset library.
  • Represents Marketing team as a digital lead on internal workgroups.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or the equivalent work experience required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a hands-on digital marketing role, preferably in a corporate environment, required.
  • Minimum of one year experience with direct contributions to website and/or social media content management required.
  • Experience managing multiple digital projects and basic understanding of integrated marketing strategies required.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (Drupal, Wordpress) and website analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics) preferred.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and other web development concepts required.
  • Experience with social media scheduling platforms (Spredfast, Hootsuite, etc.) preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail when editing and proofing content required.
