Our Los Angeles office is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing Team. The Digital Marketing Manager should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop, create, plan, execute, and monitor all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Plan and manage our social media platforms
  • Measure and accurately report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights based on performance metrics
  • Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed
  • Brainstorm new creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Able to write clear marketing copy for all channels while ensuring all-around consistency
  • Proofread and edit content before publication
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned and required

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications or related subject required
  • 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing
  • Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, LinkedIn and Facebook campaigns, and retargeting
  • Experience working in project management systems
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CMS, with experience working in a CMS such as Wordpress and Drupal
